Merle Whitehead
President/CEO
Merle has been in the real estate industry for 25 years. Among his numerous achievements he has earned Broker status and a CRB designation from the Real Estate National Marketing Institute. Merle is involved in many New York State real estate organizations including: New York State Board of Real Estate, New York State Department of State Licensing, Advisory Task Force, National Association of Realtors, and the New York State Builder's Association.
As an industry leader, Merle has been a guest speaker at the National Association of Realtors Convention, the RELO Annual Convention, REAL Trends' and The Mortgage Bankers Association.
Merle resides in Orchard Park with his wife, Janice. They have four grown children and two grandchildren. His interests outside of family and career include golf, cycling and marathon running. He has completed 31 marathons.
